Can I share data with other devices?
Yes, you can share data with all our plans. But keep in mind that the speed between connected devices may be affected since they are sharing the data.
Can I use my eSIM or SIM again?
Yes! You can use our SIMs and eSIMs as many times as you like simply charging the new plan on your next trip.
When do I need to install my eSIM?
Install it before your trip, the day before for example and with good WiFi, then activate it when you arrive at your destination.
How do I set up my eSIM?
It's very easy, just follow the steps we'll send you at the time of purchase to install and activate it for your trip.
How do I remove the eSIM after my trip?
Don't do it!!! You can use it as many times as you like for your international trips. But if you need to, imply go to your phone's Settings, select the eSIM and tap delete.

No, it doesn't change. Unless, for plans that include voice calls, you choose to switch your WhatsApp to the local number for convenience during your trip.
Will my connection speed be affected during my trip?
