What is my cell phone's connection speed?
You'll always connect at the maximum possible speed: 4G, LTE, or 5G. This depends on your device's capabilities and your location. All carriers worldwide have 5G capability in their networks, but coverage may vary depending on your location.
Can I share data with other devices?
Yes, you can share data with all our plans. But keep in mind that the speed between connected devices may be affected since they are sharing the data.
Can I use my eSIM or SIM again?
Yes! You can use our SIMs and eSIMs as many times as you like simply charging the new plan on your next trip.
When do I need to install my eSIM?
Install it before your trip, the day before for example and with good WiFi, then activate it when you arrive at your destination.
How do I set up my eSIM?
It's very easy, just follow the steps we'll send you at the time of purchase to install and activate it for your trip.
How do I remove the eSIM after my trip?
Don't do it!!! You can use it as many times as you like for your international trips. But if you need to, imply go to your phone's Settings, select the eSIM and tap delete.

Does my WhatsApp number change when I use one of your Sims or e-Sims?
No, it doesn't change. Unless, for plans that include voice calls, you choose to switch your WhatsApp to the local number for convenience during your trip.
Will my connection speed be affected during my trip?
Your speed could be affected if you're in areas with poor coverage: - Few operator antennas, such as in a national park - In the immigration area of the airport - In very tall buildings or shopping malls with very thick walls Your speed may also be affected if you use more than 2GB per day, as the operator may apply a fair data policy, and your speed could be reduced for a few hours.
