¿ Puedo compartir datos con otros dispositivos ? Si, puedes compartir datos con todos nuestros planes. Pero tienes que tener presente que la velocidad entre los dispositivos conectados se puede afectar ya que la comparten.
¿ Puedo utilizar de nuevo mi e-SIM ? Las e-SIM son de un solo uso, una vez la instales en tu celular y el plan se consuma, no podrás usarla de nuevo.
¿ Cuándo tengo que instalar mi e-SIM ? Instálala antes de tu viaje, el día anterior por ejemplo y con buen WiFi, luego actívala cuando llegues a tu destino.
¿ Debo activar el roaming de datos cuando esté en mi viaje ? Dependiendo del plan tendrás que activar el de tu celular, pero no el de tu operador panameño. No te preocupes! No gastarás más de lo que has pagado por tu sim o e-sim.
¿ Puedo llamar, recibir o enviar SMS con mi sim o e-sim? Algunos planes para Estados Unidos y Europa incluyen llamadas y SMS. Los planes de datos ilimitados no incluyen llamadas ni SMS, todas las llamadas deben ser por whatsapp u otra aplicación de mensajería.
¿ Cómo configuro mi eSIM ? Es muy fácil, solo tienes que seguir los pasos que te enviaremos en el momento de la compra para instalarla y activarla para tu viaje.

What do I do if my phone doesn't support eSIM?

Can I share data with other devices?
Yes, you can share data with all our plans. But keep in mind that the speed between connected devices may be affected since they are sharing the data.
Can I use my eSIM or SIM again?
Yes! You can use our SIMs and eSIMs as many times as you like simply charging the new plan on your next trip.
When do I need to install my eSIM?
Install it before your trip, the day before for example and with good WiFi, then activate it when you arrive at your destination.
How do I set up my eSIM?
It's very easy, just follow the steps we'll send you at the time of purchase to install and activate it for your trip.
How do I remove the eSIM after my trip?
